The thing about learning about other people's lives/cultures is that everyone has their own opinion and mindset, so no matter how "educated" you think you are, someone's going to tell you something else that may be new to you or completely different from what you thought you knew. So I think "uneducated" is what someone could say, and it works/makes sense, but I also like "learning" or "still learning" because that implies you're active about being more aware of the world. I always use "ignorant" or "ignorance" for someone who doesn't know and chooses not to know or learn. It has a really negative connotation so I use it negatively rather than casually. The part in this video where you thought about correcting yourself from "ignorant" to "uneducated" struck me, so I wanted to share with the class lol. This isn't meant to be targeted at you or whatever!

I am very curious but sometimes I stop myself from asking questions or doing stuff, cause beside that I having a really bad social anxiety, these days everyone expect you to know everything what is normal, acceptable and what not and ect. I'm scared I'll say something and I'll come off as ignorant or even mean....when I just not know things, I haven't grown up in the country or lived there long enough to know its traditions or issues well. But watching you I feel inspired and I'll try to be -a little- more braver towards learning about things from now on :) Bless you Whitney!
