I happened to see this on my feed yesterday and it looked familiar. After watching you cook, I suddenly remembered a French Chicken dish I used to love that my mom would make. It has been over twenty years and I had largely forgotten about it. Suddenly I remembered THIS was the dish and I began searching Pinterest and found out it's also called Chicken Fransaise with white wine added. It suddenly gave me an idea and I am cooking it tonight for my wife with rice and asparagus. THANK YOU for bringing this to my memory! And by the way, GREAT job with this and with your relaxing channel! I hope mine turns out half as good as your dish looks!
Love these cooking videos! Little bonus fact: the process of collecting and measuring all ingredients before preparing a dish is known as "mise en place" and is an essential step in professional cooking for the exact reasons you mention (among others)
your cooking videos are my absolute favourite, the variety of sounds and the satisfying pay off of getting to see it all finished, can't beat it. Also today I learned I have been putting my lemons in my juicer upside down for literally years xD
I really love this series! I am just learning how to cook myself but with the added ASMR It makes it feel so much calmer! Great job! this recipe looks Delicious!!!!

If you have a hard time cooking chicken breasts all the way through you can put them in a bag and pound them down with a meat pounder to make it easier to cook. 👨🍳
Wow looks so delicious! I bet it smells so good too! I would really wanna try that lol I do like lemon a lot as well. Lol also garlic is my favorite ingredient lol
The chicken looked phenomenal, I'm not sure it would've lasted long enough to make it back to the sauce if I was cooking it tho. I switched to 'better than bullion' stock for my broths a few years back and it makes a HUGE difference, way better than store bought broth, and way cheaper too.
So why cut the butter in the wrapping? Seems like it takes way more time to individually remove each piece of wrapping now instead of just removing the whole wrapper at the beginning
Love these videos only problem is they are released as fast as great British baking show on Netflix lol. Keep up the great video can’t wait for the next one.
