@@BrentMcMurray Though it may not be "that much work" he still has to shift through the many hours of footage and find highlights. Not to mention having to talk to keep the video entertaining. He also uploads frequently so he also has to replace the batteries on his GoPro. (Usually lasting from 1-2 hours)

I like the reality of these videos! Especially cooking things in your truck and making do with the tools you have. I always loved passing by Trucks/Semis as a kid as we traveled a bit. As a kid, I always wondered what was in the back of that extra part and watching your channel helps put it all together! No! Everyone does it different. Some people add rice and beans, others make the eggs runny. There’s really no “right” way imo! I used 3 EGGS, Pato Sauce, avocado, queso fresco, jalapeño & salt! Oh and try to use corn tortillas preferably street taco ones so they get crispy!

My mom cooked chilaquiles the same way egg mixed in with the tortillas and salsa with cotija cheese sprikled on top so that it would melt into it,as a Mather of fact I grew up thinking that's how all chilaquiles were made imagine my surprise the first time I had them made another way.prefiero los que me hacía mi mamá.
