Till this day 1 year later, everytime I’m having a bad day or I’m feeling hungry. I specifically go back to this video and watch it, something about it is so soothing
I'm a spoon carver getting interested in bushcraft, and even if the camping aspect of it looks cool, what really makes me want to try it out is the cooking. I have fond memories of fire cooking at scouts but back then we'd make something simple so we would still have time to do other stuff afterwards. Going out of your way to cook an actual good dinner from scratch in the woods seems so fun. Now I really want to just take a day out, hike to a cool locations, make a fire, cook myself a good lunch and then carve a spoon by the fire
Just a Reminder guys - Before you watch this video, remember that he placed camera and then enact a 'scene' cause there is no one handling camera. Respect++

Andy that looked delicious made me feel hungry watching- that's serious nosh! Was expecting you to whip out those handy aliexpress all purpose eating secateurs :-) lol
That was splendid, I bet the smells coming from that we're amazing. You have definitely nailed the rock cooking with grub like that. If you like it try Asparagus on a rock for a snack it's amazing. Me and my Mrs cooked it on a valentine camp last year, we'll worth a try. Thanks for bringing us along on another great video. At, Garry.
Very cool mate thanks for shareing. Next time take the outer ring of the onion and crack the egg into the middle. Will keep it all in place and easier to work with.
That looked SO good, my mouth is literally watering!! Lol... You have the rock cooking down to a science. I'll have to find a rock like that to cook on! Thanks for sharing, take care!
It's half one Saturday morning thought I'd dose off watching you. No I'm cooking a full English. Now for two. With duck eggs and lambs liver. Fantastic.
We have a local pub that puts a 750 degree granite rock in front of you, so can cook up an assortment of meats and veggies right at the table... One meal is a pile of sliced raw steak, peppers, onions and cheese to make a perfect Philly Cheese Steak.. YEEEEEUUUUMMMMM
Great stuff as always, my Mrs couldn't cook like that if she was in a michalin star kitchen with a top chef, said it before your out door cooking is second to none. Great channel thank you
Never know when you're going to need to know something like this . Could be the end of the world or stuck on an island and not knowing something like this would be devastating
I agree! I’m 28 and still struggle when cooking sausages or eggs, never know when either are cooked well enough so I just leave them in the pan for way longer than they need to be.
Love the show man! I very much enjoy watching all the outdoors cooking. Everything looks so delicious. I was inspired and ended up making a classic English breakfast yesterday, although I cooked it inside.
Never seem to have a bad video and I ate like 20min before this video was posted and now I'm in the middle of cooking at least half of what this man cook on fire and a rock 🔥🔥 and dont look anywhere near as good you should get some food platters patented rock on Kent 🤘🤘 you and other Bush craft channels have inspired me to start my own channel # rocky steak
Hi I have just subscribed to your channel, as my hubby is and we spend a lot of time, watching your videos back to back, I suffer with a lot of health problems, and registered disabled, but tonight, you inspired me to make some bread, after watching your chicken crown dinner in the Dutch oven, and it bought me back to some beautiful memories, of before I was ill thankyou 😊
Yeah, my question as well? Is it his personal rock from home? Did he just dig it up out of the dirt? What kind of rock was it? It looked seasoned like a well cared for casty.... 🤔
Fair play fella that looked perfect always good to see how others cook outside and I do enjoy watching you out of all the channels I watch your self and scrambled 0 arebky favourites
This is far better cooking than the pretentious knobs that You see on Mainstream TV. Keep Your Masterchefs and bakeoffs....This is real cooking. Cheers Andy!
Andy..question: the location of ur camp..is there a time when ur not allowed to light a camp fire? Also ive Never seen u carry any caramel toffees or other sweets with u..good to keep the body going even when u feel tired n the foods not ready.
