Honestly, just imagine being a 19 year old in one of these competitions where everyone is just waiting for a chance to crack your nerves for "being a kid". Beccy is probably very aware that everyone is underestimating her, and she tries not to show her anxiety to anyone else. You can see it in her eyes and posture though. And besides. She won.

I don't get why Becky would need to act nervous for this test if she really feels comfortable / at peace / confident just because everyone else is franctic. They do, if the food is bad enough. The peppercorns in Jen's dish would have gotten a good lecture from Ramsey. Compare his reaction here to masterchef US S10 anything with Sabah. He has a real yen for spicy foods even a Mexican Chef has problems wiith.
