Great cooking device yep most shops here in Fiji Islands Viti Levu sells that as well for years. Like a lovo luau device. One Way just use normal pot any aluminum any sizes. Put stones at bottom and banana leaves stalks line them on top if you got coconut tree just use the coconut leaves stalks like they use in lovo. Cut into straps put on top of stones any stones outside you see. On top you place your dalo and wrapped chicken marinated and any other favorites meats you love and your palusami. Cover the top with aluminum foil or banana leaves and the lid and on top a wet hand towel. Light any stove you got gas stove electric or kerosene even firewood. Put the filled pot of lovo on top cook for any time most one hour
