Love smoked pork. My Latvian parents had a smoke house similar to yours except with cement blacks at end with wooden lift up hood to take out goodies. We also smoked allot of fish and mostly eels.

I have to confess that watching Maria at work is a mouth watering experience and I for one, would love to sink my teeth into her food, so carefully prepared and presented at table.
