Eating tongue is “in” now. Growing up with grandparents who went through the Great Depression, eating tongue was a normal part of my life and I’m 35. Needless to say when I brought tongue to college in the early 2000s, my roommates had some things to say. Then I made sandwiches for them….

You're spicy hot food training your kids all wrong, Steve. There's a knack to it but you can train yourself in this method to train them. The trick is to e and make fun of children for being weak, inadequate, and stupid in order to gently persuade them into enjoying spicy hot food. Don't get angry at them. Just point, laugh, and make fun of them. For extra points do it in front of their friends and loved ones. You'll thank me later. :D

Doubt anyone cares but about making it too spicy for kids, children have a higher concentration of taste buds than adults. So it’s very much “a little goes a long way”

Good simple foods that the good Lord put on earth for man to provide for himself and his family. The Natives to this land always knew that tongue was a great food source. As well as all parts of an animal, from the sinews, bones, tissues, etc. It is always good to see these practices of preserving meats and smoking both meats and vegetables. This is a great video
