I just have to say thanks for the info on the stove.I've been using a Coleman 2-burner propane stove cooked Christmas dinner on it last year what a hoot.but I was thinking as you were trying to get the lid open I'm sure someone out there was thinking I'm not cooking on that and all I could do was look at your view oh my goodness how blessed are you. blessings to you thanks for the vid.

nice -to really do a burner cheaply you could take the side burner off any old gas grill- you could install it to a small piece of stainless steel and cut a bigger hole in your plastic table and screw the stainless steel sheet to the top of your fold up table for a permanent mount -if you put the stainless sheet over one whole side of your fold up table you would have a totally sanitary prep area to prep food!

Hi Kyndal, thanks heaps for the video, I don't think I've ever seen you do a useless or 'bad' review. You are so natural and a real plus for both you old and new channels. Very informative, sometimes whilst getting it all together it seems such a huge job however airs really a labour of love preparing both yourself and a vehicle for life on the road ! As a woman I wonder about clothes and how much to take and I see on here constantly women getting rid of 'things' and clothes all the time, but I've hardly ever seen you in the same things more than twice so, I don't know. Mon a holiday, they usually say, pack and bag and then halve it ! Might try that approach first. Again, great to see you on my,small screen again, just great !!!

You might consider buying the green tank fill adapter and fill your own for super cheap. It's easy, safe and you reuse the tanks by filling off a 20 lb. tank (or any size you choose to use).

Nice video, I just bought a 24 foot motor home and plan to take a very long vacation in the near future. I don't think I could live in a van, anyway I subscribed to your channel and as I have more time I will watch more of your videos. I think it would be awesome to travel around the country and meet new people from as many places as possible.

Thinking the little bottles are expensive. I use a 5 gallon bottle that fits in a milk crate under the rig. I have a 5 way pigtail to run all stove burners, lights, heat and barbeque. Thank you!!!

they make a fitting that screws on to your big propane tank to refill the small green tanks, would save you lots of $$$$$$$. There are many videos on here how to do it, very easy to do.

Pierre, it doesn't actually save you any money because you can get an adapter hose and anything that uses the green bottles can be run off the bulk bottle directly. In some ways it is more convienant though. Bob

Enigmatic Nomadics hey,I'm thinking about the whole van thing as a way to stack money,I have a remote income,I been watching video's like yours and others for quite sometime. do you know places to park over night in alburqurque? I need to be close to my kids like seeing them on a everyday basis to co- parent they are young.

Your best bet it to just straight up post a request on craigslist to rent a parking space in somebody's field or along side a barn. you might get water, power, trash, ect. for a few bucks extra. People do it! ~Jamie

Hey. Why not buy a tea kettle to heat up the water, and use a french press for your coffee instead? That way you don't drain your batteries powering that coffee maker through an inverter.

+ChillCosmos Yes! Great ideas! We don't have a coffee maker anymore. We heat water with the propane stove now and use Folgers coffee crystals and it's not too bad with creamer!

That instant coffee stuff?? Eeeeek! Get a french press!! They're like $12 at Target and worth every penny ;-) Have fun!

Sometimes one needs to make sacrifices for the sake of simplicity, ease of clean-up and saving space. So unless you are a hard-core coffee drinker, the instant coffe is fine. Plus, when you are near a McDonald's or Starbucks, you can look forward to treating yourself to a real cup of coffee. I prefer McDonald's $1 refillable coffe. Tastes great and saves money. Plus you can use the wi-fi while you are there!

Jamie and Trish, love you guy's videos so much, I have a question for you. I have a 2005 superduty Ford F-250 and I can't even leave my truck door's open for more then a few minutes or my truck won't start it has two batteries and checked the batteries with a meter and they were at 13.5 so I don't know what the problem is ??? Do you know what could be going on ????? I'm a woman and could really use the help ! Thanks very much love you guy's !! 😊
