I’m happy I seen you posted. I found out yesterday that my grandma’s in kidney and heart failure and has 1 week to 1 month left and it’s been a struggle to not think about it and try to pretend that I’m ok. Something about your content is just wholesome and gets your mind off things.

Pellet grills are the way! Always have been. My dad got one 20 years ago and I couldn't imagine my life without it. Hardly ever use the oven. I, somewhat recently, upgraded to a Green Mountain Grill. We got the pizza oven attachment for it and now the pellet grill is that much better. The pizzas you pull off that thing are amazing.

Next time inject it prior to smoking. Drain a whole bottle of zesty Italian with a strainer. Mix the liquid with Red Hot Wing Sauce and use the whole mixture to inject. Use the dressing herbs to rub the outside of the bird then apply a dry rub. Best turkey you’ll ever eat!! 👍🏻👊🏻

The first year my dad smoked the turkey for Thanksgiving my grandmother was absolutely beside herself. She wanted a second turkey in the oven as backup. When the smoked turkey came out, my grandpa started carving and she was still complaining. So my grandpa took a piece and shoved it in her mouth. It shut her right up. We've had smoked turkey ever since lol.

Just a little tip of defeathering the turkey that you might not know. If you boil some water and pour it on the bird, the feather's litterally come right off the turkey. It's way easier than plucking the feathers. It just helps alot.

Pineapple turkey legs slow roast in a crock pot. Pineapple enzymes break down and tenderize the meat... and you get an amazing sweeter taste. SOOOOO good!

Oyeah you cant beat a pellet smoker especially if you have children. It makes life so much easier when chasing kids. And any one that doesn't brine your turkeys you dont no what your missing brine is the way to go for flavor and moisture. And the brine mixture osg used was a lot like the one i use but i use brown suger instead of regular suger 👍as usual great video. And i cant say it enough how the heck you still haven't hit a million is beyond me man. O well a lot of people missing out on some damn good content.
