Always wash vegetables, even if they say “ready to eat” on the package. So may cases of E. coli and salmonella are caused from not washing vegetables and fruit. Even if you’re cooking them. They go from the ground to your plate if you don’t. ♥️

Try blending Ginger or Garlic blend very fine in blender, rinse white or brown rice than mixes a teaspoon or tabletspoon of Garlic or Ginger . Chicken breast strip marinate with fresh lemon. Drink green tea Ginger or black tea Ginger.
