Indian Fry Bread
3-1/2 cups all purpose flour or blue bird flour
1-1/2 cups warm water
1-teaspoons salt (optional)
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1. Let it sit for about 10 min. Cover it with a plastic.
2. Make the dough into rolls.
3. You can roll it out like tortillas. And let sit for another five minutes.
4. Put some oil into an iron skillet. Put about 1/2 of a good sized iron skillet. Let it heat up really good. Start making round dough and fry individually into the pan. When it turns brown turn it over.
