It wasn’t burnt it had a nice char to it, didn’t rlly affect the flavor! Char and burn thankfully are a bit different as it stands, it also leads into why I use the stove instead of the microwave, I like the crunch associated with quesadillas personally! Thank you for the suggestion though!

@@IcyBeeWing Microwave for cheese melting, then stove for crunch quality. Can also add some lime or lemon juice to enhance the flavor while it's grilling mi amigo
