Respectfully, if I may add: one advantage of sautéing, steaming, baking or roasting veggies is nutrient retention. Cuz when you boil 🥦 vegetables, then a lot of the valuable and beneficial nutrients (vitamins, antioxidants, etc that help the body) are lost in the water. So, consider not boiling vegetables unless you’re gonna drink the nutrient rich water!

Artichokes are delicious ! Putting them in a microwave for three minutes and spreading Mayonnaise over them. Delicious! 😋 sister kierra, you should try them! God bless sisters Tiara and Kierra! We love Palmini noodles. Next time try soaking the noodles in milk for about 30 minutes, rinse, them cook them. It takes some of the bite away.

You blanch Broccoli… don’t cook it twice by boiling and sauté 👀😳. Black people over cook everything. SMH (Btw: I’m Blk too) I just know how our people cook.
