Another great vid Luke. We loved the Cao Lau noodles in HoiAn earlier this year. Awesome town with an amazing morning market. We got pushbikes from our homestay and it was great to cruise around. Shame about the 5 million bus loads of tourists who rock up at sunset from DaNang. Cheers Simon

Little known fact: But in 2017 restaurant Minh Mat in Stockholm became the first place in the world, outside Vietnam to have this dish on their menu.
