well it's a recipe and it's well explained in case someone wants to make it, I wouldn't be surprised if MiHoyo took out the recipe book from the "cooking with valkyrie" series to sell it as honkai impact merchandise, if they already have a valkyrie-themed umbrella

Kiana is born with natural crazy strength, so her body easily needs a ton of calories to maintain it. I'm not sure why Durandal needs to maintain her calories though, unless she's just preparing for a mission where she doesn't get to eat too much food.

If you want proper etiquette, then yes, use calculated and right amount of ingredients. BUT if you want the person to enjoy really good food then follow Mei-Mei's advice, because it actually does wonders. As Uncle Roger said "Just use feelings". However, Rita is also right. Perfection is also a form of love.
