Cooktown and Lions Den - we finally made it! 

After 5 days on the road, we finally arrived at the Queen of the North. With some pretty horrible winds we weren't too excited, but after returning after a few days and clearer waters, we could see what the attraction to Cooktown was all about. It's a great little town with so much history. Well worth the visit if you are heading to North Queensland. Be sure to stay at Cooktown Caravan Park and see Leslyn and Patty.
