This house was built in 1973 and it just over 4,000 square feet. I see a lot of houses from the 1970s and all date ranges and while most houses look pretty cool in pictures, they tend to leave a lot to be desired in person. This houses was very impressive in person and had a ton of original features.
It is for sale in Greeley Colorado for $795,000 and sits on 1.5 acres. The master bedroom is upstairs with massive vaulted ceilings and beams. The master bath is complete with vaulted ceilings and a sauna. There is a built-in library/loft upstairs as well.
On the main floor, you will find the formal living room and dining room as well as a family room with moss rock fireplace and beamed ceilings. There are two more bedrooms and a blue kitchen! The bathrooms have some amazing colors from the 1970s as well.

I am not looking to move anytime soon as I love my house and I promise eventually I will add a video of it. But if I was younger and the house was cheaper, I would have bought it in a heartbeat.
