Much respect foo These niggas was definitely like the power rangers for the city when i was coming up, goodie just dropped a new album too "Survival Kit" ATLANTA ROYALTY
That's an insult disguised as a compliment. Northern or east coast rappers are not the standard to be measured by. Wu is Wu and Goodie mob is goodie mob. The culture is entirely different and that's reflected in the music
Bruh! I consider myself a hiphop head and can spot hidden gems, but how the hell did I miss this? 🤯 FYI the neopolitan ice cream was a reference to JLo
Co-sign. I'm from Jersey and I definitely used to bang this cassette single. I probably even wrote a rhyme to the instrumental. One of the best posse cuts in Hip-Hop.
Extremely underrated song. This when I realized 3000 is a monster. Big up to the entire crew. The only rap crew that hasn't had a falling out with each other
Just saw the name Cool Breeze on a show roster & was immediately taken back in time… had to immediately come & find this song. I could only remember Goodie Mob, but now seeing this I do recall everybody being on this 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 #classic #dirtysouth #southernhistory #musiclegends
Mad they cut Big Rube’s verse from the video but there has yet to be a whole crew out the South that has put out something of this caliber yet. Salute DF
people talk shit that only down south people can listen to this I'm from nyc and I love the whole DF. I guess u have to know about real hip hop to understand
I’m a huge westcoast hip hop fan being that I’m from here but I tip my hat off to the dirty south for dropping bangers like this!!! We got nothing but love for the whole dungeon family!!!

I remember listening to this track in 1998. It was raw then and raw now. The south used to be represented by great rappers. UGK, Outkast, Mac, Juvenile, Goodie Mob, Scarface, Peetee Pablo, Fiend, C Murder, Mia X, Z Ro, BG, among others. Now it's represented by these mumble rappers 21 Savage, Lil Yachty, LIl Uzi Vert, Kodak Black, Young Thug, 21 Savage, and all the rest of these wack trash rappers smh.
ROB back in them days the south had something to prove with the music they was putting from the like of trick Daddy ugk three six mafia 8ball and mjg no limit record scarface tela shave house rap a lot OutKast ludacris early years before he cut the braids goodie mob cash money early years pastor Troy the list goes on now days all these new mumble rappers not taking seriously bc they don’t respect the culture the younger generation look up to the artists you don’t have no grown up in the hip hop Household no more a bunch of little young kids running around
Vert is from Philly. Wackness is universal now. For every Yachty you got a 69 and Cardi repping the East. They took the south and Bay's sound and watered it down to make it universal.
Bess believe I'm from Fl I'm right w yall ol school to the core. sure I was proud of the South but I listened to every coast.every area had its own sound and each artist within that area distinctly had their own sound.. can't stand this new shitt no meaning behind it, there's no bars, no creativity, no flow..🤦♂️
Southern hip Hop.. when you didn't see us we made you look so listen to your corner and watch for the Hook. Even in 2021 still🔥 it is and it will always be Dirty South... Won't 🛑
