Cool Crochet Textured Flower Pillow

I was inspired by texture and flowers. It was a motif for a granny square with lifted off texture ridges. From a circle of 8 spokes to finishing off with a square motif.
I called it the Crochet Flower in the Square. Some crocheters went on with using the example as a finished granny motif.
For the Textured Pillow, I decided to stick with a base colour. Using only 1 ball of Bernat Maker Home Dec for it. I also use a 12" pillow frame as the pillow is small for accenting. It could also be used as a Wedding Ring Pillow for the Ringer Bearer of a bridal party. Of course, the pillow has been re-written to exclude the colouring and just let the light play with the final look.

This is one of my most favorite patterns! I added a few rows (repeated rows 8 and 9 for rows 12 and 13, the same bpdc for row 14, row 15 I dc every other stitch, then rows 16-18 just regular dc for all) since the pillows I have to cover are 18”. They’re so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this pattern!!!

This was a fun and fast make! Thanks for repurposing the motif. I love how squishy it is, and with great stitch definition using Bernat Home Dec. I added an extra row 8 to fit in a 16” pillow. 🧶

Maybe use shift the SC to a different spot so it lines up. Try a different stitch.

I would be breaking a copyright law if I take someone's graphed design and apply words to it. Can you see if they can provide that for you? The designer may have and just isn't online. I would go that route.

This is really a great pattern and I am going to do it as soon as possible but I have a question. Can you make the pattern so that people can take the insert out of the crocheting and wash it separately I've made a couple of pillows and when they're washed together they don't turn out well. And having kids they inevitably get wash. :-)
