what happens if you put something on the top of the ikea cabinet without the glass on top of it? does it explode? does the universe reset?

Next time stick the rubber adhesives to the glass so their is no need for measurement and you can move it to your liking.

Two rubber thingys along the middle of the glass shelf too for more support ⭐

And why exactly you need to put the glass on to be able to put things on top of the shelf? To put more weight on it for no reason? 😂

If you're really that worried about scratches, just get some shelf liner.

I have a glass like that but didn’t put any silicone things on it, it’s against a wall so not worried about sliding it off
