@jean-lucalexander4719 This sound was probably made by some local idiot, as a wind up. This has not happened before or after. We don't keep the loonatics in their padded cells, wearing straight jackets anymore. They let them loose in society. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
firstly, great video, and awesome channel, I'm new to this one but have been on your other channel for a bit so lots of catching up to do :)question though, why do you have to fill the radiator to 12mm below top level? (if I heard correctly). Just curious
Hello, I have a Massey-Ferguson 1805. How do you drain the radiator? I can't see the petcock, because it's shoehorned in there. There is no access underneath, it's all sealed with a metal plate. I have the Massey-Ferguson 1805. Would it be in the same place as your tractor? Thank you!
just one question when you replacet the fuel filter, you were wearing gloves and when you replacet the coling fluid you did not, despite that you said it was toxic, why?
The coolant isn't very harmful to you skin, but it is to grass fish ect. on the other hand diesel just really smells for ages if you get it on your hands.
Genuine question: My grandad has a 1220 similarly to the one you own and the pto won't turn at all. It only has 540. It has 732 genuine hours. Any ideas?
+Kieran McGovern Hard to say without looking at it but it could be something as simple as the engage lever becoming detached from the linkage or it might be internally damaged. The best thing to do is to take it to a local Massey Ferguson dealership
+Machinery Restorer Thank you, I do know that it stopped when he was cutting grass with a topper. The pto stopped dead and wouldn't start again, noise, grinding or smoke. But you are right the dealer would know best.
the radiator on my McCormick tractor what blocked and built up that much pressure it blew the pipe off and i thought the tractor was on fire but it was just steam.
Nice job daggerwin ! My dad ha's a client That mows the park's and sides of the Road whit lawnmowers and stuff and sometimes they have the same problem as 2:00 ... Btw did you check If you had no kalk in the radiator ? :D Some off the iseki lawnmowers do have trubble whit kalk in the radiator ... Nice job :D ~vanhulleke
+Yenthe1 Thanks! I had to translate Kalk (lime in the UK) and no it isn't too bad, a small residue here and there. It really helps with the distilled water.
+Matthew Mccurdy I don't think so lol There are a number of different colour coolants. Green, pink and blue are also other colours. It helps you know what colour to replace it with as well. I think a lot of agricultural vehicles are green. Toyota are usually pink.
It's so you can have a rough idea on what type of coolant it is, green and blue are usually the traditional inorganic type, red pink and purple are more modern organic coolants.
I need to pee! Maybe you should've flushed it with a flush agent and rinsed until clear. You forgot to clean and refill the overflow bottle. Thank you.
