Sir when the engine is running that time heater bypass v/v open, and inlet and outlet is shut, when stopping reverse inlet and outlet valve will open , and bypass valve will close. Is correct inorder to maintain the temperature

Sir, one doubt here, u said master controller will send difference between inlet and set point to slave, i. e 8degree , now slave getting input from outlet that is 78 , how come it will maintain again????

, how could you adjust the temperature of jacket cooling if the temperature drops with in the desire value?

automatically adjusted by the Controllers on the 3way control valve located just after the LT cooler outlet in the diagram. That is a continuos reading and adjustment.
