I have been so confused regarding this. The other videos never explained what coombs reagent is and that always made it so complicated. Thankyou for mentioning everything.

Thank you very much for this easy-understandable video! I have a question about the prenatal screening; is it also done for ABO-bloodgroups? Or it doesn't matter for ABO because the baby will always have the antigens of both mother and father? But it would matter if for instance the mother is O- and the boy has for instance A/B/AB?
