Wow, I wouldn't want to eat a science experiment! Ewww. However, I disagree that baking is easy. It takes a while to develop both the skills and, more importantly, the intuition to bake well. It also requires that the baker wears her glasses when engaging the spice rack, because cinnamon and elderly cayenne pepper look remarkably alike, and while having a memorable holiday is considered a good thing, it really should't involve gasping, choking, and the pounding of fists on the dinner table. Ask me how I know. 😂
