I bought one last month. Easy to use, and trouble free if you follow the instructions. Some guys have problems because they don’t read the manual.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I haven’t had any issues, but I have to admit that I am one of those guys that doesn’t exactly follow the manual. 😆

Have the same one. Bought from authorised dealer brand new. Had an issue straight away with the oil not getting through to the chain and bar. Got scorched pretty bad. Took it back and sorted pretty quickly. Then back to work on a fifty foot pine tree that came down in a really bad storm. This tool did a fantastic job along side the km56 pole pruner. Great tools.

Nice! Thanks for watching and commenting. I still haven’t had any issues. I might have to check out the pole pruner. I’m on my third pole saw attachment for my Craftsman Weedwacker.

My MS 211 won't start (no spark and replaced the coil, still no spark) and is extremely hard to pull over. About 10yrs old, so I feel it doesn't really owe me anything. And the easy start looks mighty tempting.
@LivingCooper
@LivingCooper Год назад
Thanks for watching & commenting. Sorry you are having problems with your 211. Sounds like you’ve gotten your money’s worth out of it. I wish I had some suggestions for you, but I’m definitely no mechanic. I need to pull out my 251 and get it cranked up for the spring. It’s been a good unit, so far. Thanks again.

Just bought one today. Pretty good, wish it had a little more torque. I bought this model cause of the easy start,primer bulb and no wrench oil n gas covers. Im spoiled to bigger stihl saws. This one does good but you cant bury it and lay on it. You have to let the saw do the work.
@LivingCooper
@LivingCooper 2 года назад
Thanks for watching and commenting. It’s definitely light on the torque, but for a light user it’s perfect. I love the easy start! It’s nice to not have to rip the rope. Thanks again.

How do you like those chainsaw gloves, I was considering them when I buy my saw soon but I see a lot of reviews saying that they run small and are very stiff to use. Thoughts? Very informative video as well thanks!

Considering the MS 251 CBE against the Husky 440. Which one would you recommend? Both are about the same as far as motor size, 45cc and both have a 18' bar so which do I choose

Thanks for watching and great question. I wish I knew what to tell you, but as I said in my video I don't have a lot of experience with chainsaws and this was just a simple unboxing and review. Hopefully someone else watching can chime in and answer that question. I wouldn't want to steer you wrong. Thanks again for watching.

@@jimbo1959 at his heaviest he was 85 lbs. however, he was a pretty well built and taller than any other we had seen. He got that “is he a full heeler? & he is big” comment all the time. He began having hip problems last fall but developed terrible skin allergies when we moved to north Texas from Houston about 6 years ago. In March, he suddenly had advanced dementia signs and it went quickly downhill. The vet was shocked this happened as he was so healthy just a few months before. It was heart breaking. He was a great dog. He was super protective but a cuddly lap dog at the same time. He loved and protected fiercely. So sorry for your loss.

@@LivingCooper He sounds exactly like my "Cowboy".He was taller than normal.We used to breed ACD's, and we showed Cowboy in a few shows( he did very well),but he was too tall for the specs. on the breed!,so that ended that! The "Hip Displasia" came on very fast,and he had trouble with stairs outside,so I built him a ramp,but it was too late.He was a "Blue like your's,but he had two black eye patches.They are a wonderful breed!( as long as the owners know what they're doing!!).As I told you...Cowboy owned me for 12yrs.Best Wishes!!
