I've created this digital book which includes 20 of our favourite recipes, thanks to the positive response to the idea of a digital ebook in our last RU-vid video. The beauty is that once downloaded you can view the recipes via your phone, ipad or laptop and can even print a hard copy. If all goes well, I'd happily consider extending my recipe collection for a future ebook.

I've passed the Coopernook turnoff on the highway dozens of times over the years, I guess I should make some time to actually take the turnoff to check out the area. Thank you for highlighting this gem of a place. I'm really looking forward to my retirement in a few years which will enable me to find some gems of my own.

Good on you Elle, hope you embrace the recipes and give them a go. The chicken was such an awesome success, perfect for Steve's special birthday dinner. We ended up using the leftover in a jaffle. I'm going to get onto a Vol 2, so thrilled with the response to Vol 1 and I have so many camp cooking ideas it would seem wrong not to share. We live 30 mins from Coopernook and it's one of my favourite free camps. Often go there for a quick few days away.

WOW, only 30 minutes! That's pretty special to have such a well maintained free camp down the road. In saying that, you have so much choice around you as you aren't far from North Haven area as well - we loved it there.

Love your Little Rock paintings…I crossed the Nullabour several years ago with a lovely doll and took a pic with her all the way across and then gave her to a grand daughter. She loved it…

Nice look out especially with the ramp I normally have to carry our daughter up stairs she’s in a wheelchair; wasn’t to bad when she was younger but now she’s 17 an 34 kg but definitely enjoy camping with her ; another great video guys

Heya guys, we've been following you for a while now.. Happy Birthday mate.. So great seeing you in our backyard 😅😊 We're in Taree, my Mate Rick said he spotted your van at coopy pub.. Tell you a short story..you just did the loop in reverse to what we did when covid hit.. &right after Big Nelly lookout we drove straight to the car yard and bought our 4x4.. & it's called #22 Nell.. hence on the number plate.. Love your channel, my wife and I even said it would be great to go camping with you... We were going to invite you up to show you the loop😂🤭🤦🤷 But you've just done it.. But if you like to when we get our. Ew van in few mths.. Would love to meet up or even camp every so often ✌🏻 anyway cheers 🍻 Smitty and Kirsten

Haha so random to include my denim Merry Boots but I’m so happy with them for camping. It’s getting pretty dewy now and they keep my feet dry, warm and protected from the elements. Thanks for taking the time to leave lovely feedback, much appreciated.

What do you use for security when you leave your van unattended at a site. Just bought your cookbook and am going to have a go in the back paddock before trying out when caravanning. Looks great. Can’t wait for volume 2. Stay safe. ❤

Awesome, how lucky are you to have a back paddock! We have a wheel lock for the van and some other thingy majiggy Steve can put on the hitch. We've left it many times but always feel relieved when it's still there when we return. With consideration given that we have an older van, there's probably much more desire for the latest ones.
