“Coorg traditional Pork Masala👌”
This recipe has History in it as it’s an original and age old recipe from Coorg followed by kodava clan.
It’s Prepared by frying selected whole spices like coriander, black peppercorns, jeera, cloves etc
And ground to a fine powder.
Note:
Need to fry all the spices in medium flame only until it changes its colour,
It’s shouldn’t be fried in high flame,
It shouldn’t be burnt, if so the Masala will taste bitter and it’s aroma changes.
Have patience, and it’s worth trying.
This Masala is used for multipurpose;
It’s used for dishes like fries and curries of pork, mutton and chicken .
Trust me it’s so aromatic and flavourful,
Also rich in dark colour.
