Since Sergeant Darrell Gilmore filed a RU-vid privacy strike for a video taken of him acting in his role as a police officer, I presume that he was authorized to do so by his chief. But, wait, Chief Hoar said that he offers no guidance to the officers on the Dunstable force allowing each officer to use their own discretion. In other words, in Dunstable, each officer is a police force unto themself. The very definition of a rogue officer.

They can't conduct business without issuing directives

What many people don't know is that towns and cities make money from towing cars. They will only work with select towing companies who give the police a sweetheart deal. Also, in many cities (I know this from my own incident), you MUST get the release of the vehicle signed off by the police department. And guess what? They charge you for signing off on the release. It cost me $75 to have a cop sign a piece of paper. I freaking blew my top in the police station when they told me I had to pay THEM to get MY vehicle back. In addition, I had to pay the towing company nearly $200 to get the car back. It's all about the Benjamin's when it comes to every level of government.

God, Josh it really bothered me that neither one of those two employees expressed any empathy about the guy getting his vehicle towed. The guy said he couldn't comment because he didn't know the whole situation. What more does he need to know? Both employees were stoic. 😶 just continued to stare 😶 emotionless completely unaffected by the poor guy's loss.

When the chief was asked, did others mention anything about the video? He said no. Yet its had over 150000 views. Am sure many many have asked and said something.

My memory, which guides my conscience, just took a trip to Uvalde, TX. It was looking through the various recordings on site, the site of the gathering of hero law enforcement personnel, for the non-classroom portion of the events. (Seems there were no classroom recordings publicly available). The Parent Trap. Since the cops were pondering their options, a few parents were making executive decisions and implementing them. Only to be thwarted from attempts to be heroic, in the dearth of bravery on site. Persistent parents adapted and overcame the co-murderers (lookouts, getaway drivers, hero impersonators, on Sunny days only). One mom, evidently impersonating a non-coward officer, gets herself uncuffed (guile over inferior intellects) eluded them (the bloodhounds of the... Baskervilles?) Whipping through the STILL OPEN SECURITY DOOR (along with a solid 100 non-hero public servants having passed in n out. Maybe donuts would be discovered), she quickly moves upstairs to the 2nd floor (where the lucky children only heard the blood-curdling screams of their dying classmates.) Nonetheless, mom would've probably rescued all THESE children, then and there, if she had thought to get a permission slip from each of the other informed kid's parents. Emerging with her two children, placating their concerns that "Mommy, we called 911 for that past hour and they lied and said police are there, everything is alright, Honey". They ARE here mommy, I have to apologize for saying they were not here. I meant, They're not here TO SAVE US!" Anyway, if you're still with me..
