And we the people have to pay for that stupidity, any officer who can't do better then this officer should be returned to the academy for further education!
It's unfortunate that nothing will change until the goons and their superiors are held accountable. The apology is great but they need accountability for every officer that does wrong.
Pretty disgusting when law enforcement just hires anybody off the street and they don't know how to do their jobs, so they always have to phone it in....disgusting profession for disgusting people
They park wrong every single time. It's such a nothing thing, but it just infuriates me. It's a symbol of the absolute entitlement that these people have.
Which brings me to one question: wasn't he riding the wrong way in the bike lane? I saw an arrow pointing opposite the direction of his bike and cop cars.
Funny how his testicles finally dropped and he hit puberty when the other car came screaming in with lights and sirens...for a bicycle. That's Embarrassing.
Cops logic is he can break all sorts of traffic infractions in order to get your id for no traffic infractions 😮😮😮😮😮😮WTF IS THIS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL 🤡 think he's doing. Disgraceful
@2:00 Wait: this cop doesn’t have emergency lights on while on the opposite side of the road facing oncoming traffic!? That is a huge safety issue!! Let alone a police policy violation!! What next?
Everyone should take photo of their license with their phones and start leaving their actual license at home. This way when the police illegally search someone they will not find their ID in their wallet. And always invoke your 4th, 6th, and 5th rights
@@nettakay2116right, but often the only way they can obtain that information is by illegally taking someone’s wallet out of their pocket. with a picture on your phone, they have to be able to open the phone. which means they have to formally seize it and bring it into evidence and have forensics unlock it. which leaves a paper trail that the officers do not want on the records
Josh: the tides are turning!! Upper brass are watching these videos OBVIOUSLY!! Chief Cruller did this community a HUGE SERVICE: NO LAWSUIT... Bad cops cost tax payers unwanted funds that could be appropriately used for other important things.... The Tides are turning!!!😊
The cop pulled in front of the bike like he was in a swat movie looking to lay his life down, hero he is, bridge is safe now. The misunderstanding is our government keeps hiring morons and giving them guns and badges, that is the problem, the man is way too polite.
Not me, I'm a Living Man, a Sovereign Being... A "Citizen" is an Artificial Person/Legal Fiction/ALL CAPS NAME/ Body Corporate Entity, which is a "Dead Entity" in the land of the living dead.
Well, I mean... we are civilians though. The thing is though, so are they, but a lot of them apparently seem to be forgetting that and are starting to think they're an occupying army or something.
Neither cop has any respect or regard for the citizen. The rookie is out testing his bad training and got caught being stupid. The chief is perplexed by not being able to support the stupid rookie, so he makes the rookie copsplain his actions. The third and four cops on scene are there to back up and support the stupid rookie and show him how he should act when they need support for also being stupid.
Police seem to still be violating many peoples rights. Its the people who dont know their rights. If this man didn't verbally fight for his rights, he may have been arrested and cited. This is what needs to change.
Most sheeple don’t know their rights. Sheeple are conformist’s, they will believe whatever they’re fed via the mainstream sheep feed. Police DEFINATELY do not know what our rights are, nor do they care to. Their first and foremost directive is to uphold our rights, not to enforce laws that are unconstitutional to begin with! And upholding our rights first actually strips away a lot of that PERCIEVED authority.
@babskaz74 The beautiful thing about that is history. The Gestapo rots in shallow Graves today. If you walk through the forest and graveyards of Europe, you can still smell them.
Well I have to admit, I got all excited when I saw the description of the content, after watching it, I realized I was on the wrong site for the content I was hoping for.😮
What's the charge officer biking in public, not only should they be embarrassed but they make a total show out of it, I would think this is a lawyer's dream right here.PRICELESS MISTAKE???😂
We are under the guise that police are here to protect our rights. In 54 years on this earth I've never witnessed any police any sherrifs protect my rights. I have had my rights trampled on and have witnessed others rights being trampled on. Forced to pay for this because of safety.
So a cop commits a few federal felonies, but it's all OK because his boss corrected him? I guess that means that I can rob a bunch of banks at gunpoint, then ask my boss to give me a tongue lashing, and then I can't be prosecuted - all my criminal behavior disappears once my boss tells me I did a bad thing. So happy to hear this! My financial security is assured.
If that chief didn’t come to the scene, do you think this guy would have apologized? Hell no he would’ve escalated and that young man probably would’ve been in handcuffs.
The two cops clutching their vests look like two Victorian women clutching their pearls. To everyone else, the Good Book says "Don't cast your pearls before swine."
Keep this video in mind and the response for a law, abiding bike rider when your local police are telling you, they are short staffed, need a budget increase and don’t have the time or resources to figure out all those unsolved crimes
THE AUDITOR SHOULD HAVE DEMANDED THE CHIEF ARREST THAT COP WHO DETAINED THE BICYCLIST FOR NO REASON , BE ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING THE AUDITOR . IT MAY HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE ( HIGHLY UNLIKELY ) BUT IT WAS STILL KIDNAPPING . THE BICYCLIST MUST NOW SUE THAT COP PERSONALLY AND THE MUNICIPALITY . FOR CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS . ITS ALL ON VIDEO . THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET ACCOUNTIBILITY
Why do cops all hold onto the top of their vest like that? They look like douche bags first off and for as much as they scream about officer safety… I’d think you’d want your hands and arms down by your side in case you need to draw your weapons… you know for officer safety.
Lol you had me laughing 😂😂😂 brother i enjoy watching your narrating awesome job as always brother. That's awesome good for this man standing his ground thats how every person has to deal with the cops put them in their place
"Utmost respect." ? 😅😅😅 Damn. There aren't 3 or 4 cops over a man on a bike, there are 3 or 4 cops for a man that refused to comply with an unlawful order. American citizens simply comply on a regular basis, which is why he asks, why can't you just cooperate? Sickening what a cowardly country we've become.
Hey Josh 👋 The manner in which the CHIEF OF POLICE dealt with this situation, including having the Officer Apologize... Is exactly how it should be done... And Exactly how the public expects it to be done... Thanks Very Much For Your Professionalism Chief... I truly appreciate and respect you for being one of the very rare Police Officials in the entire country!!! Just Sayin'🤬
That's Pennsylvania. I was born and raised here and the cops love to pull over bicycles. Must make them feel powerful. They put signs up saying no bikes or skateboards on the sidewalk and pull you over if you ride on the road. Unless you're in the city with all the yuppies and their bike lanes. It's hilarious when they say they can smell the odor of alcohol on your bicycle,
I got pulled over by a county sheriff once on a bike in rural West Virginia and was told if someone hit me they’d charge me criminally if I survived even if they ran me down on purpose.
@@donmclemore1396 good to know. I'm getting ready to travel the country and this info will help me with where not to go. California, New Mexico, Arkansas, Kentucky and pretty much anywhere in the Northeast
The key mistake that Chiefs across the country make is 'standing behind' their officers no matter how grievous the mistakes made by those officers. This approach destroys the credibility of the entire department. Being honest about mistakes and taking real measures to correct them is the ONLY thing that departments can do to establish and restore confidence in the local PD.
