You can buy 3 or 4 'standard' cars as compared to a single 'luxury' vehicle.... so yes you can afford 'another' at least 4 times for each of these BMW purchases... so the entire fleet could be 4x larger or 1/4th the cost for the same outlay of OUR tax funds.
