Wish i had seen this video yesterday. I had this issue. I tried copper plating a stainless steel Yeti tumbler. After polishing to a mirror finish. I washed it then electroclean- copper strike the bright copper. When i took i out to rinse the copper came right off 😮. Now i know why thank you for that tip. I ended up gold plating instead lol.
