This video is made purpose to see how enameled copper wire is manufacturing in India from copper Rod. At First copper Rod is dumped in the heating filament for one day where rod will get elongate. Later that it is send to the drawing machine to change size to 40mm. From there it is going to step 2 to the enameled unit where copper wire is shaped into 15mm to 30mm based on the requirements. After that sample is taken for Qc testing. If it is passed moved on to the patching section.
