One suggestion I would for anyone aiming for older looking buildings, is to have less order and symmetry to the windows. In old houses, especially ones extended on over a period of time, there was more variation in window shapes and placement. For example, at 3:18 - 3:25 Diplopanda opts for three windows lined up across 3 floors. What tends to happen in real life is the lower two might be off to the left, whereas the top might be more centralised to match the roof shape (also, the top floor would have the smallest window, the middle floor having the largest).
The devs are currently trying to make it better and take up less to run, I run mine off my silly little laptop and when I'm not recording (and do anything too big) it runs pretty well! (Also the bigger my stuff gets the more likely I have to close out of other things) 💛💛

It runs really well on steam deck currently, and devs are investing in getting a custom control scheme for the Deck, so if you’re at all interested in getting a deck I recommend it for this. It can be a cost effective replacement for a gaming laptop for many people, and fits cozy games really well.

Does anyoen know how to make different types of roofs, like the rimmed one in this build or the curved one? Im not sure if I just haven't found it or if its only in the full game. Amazing build!
The roof type in this one (the rimmed type) is only accessible in the full game using the half-timber type of building, it'll automatically change in that case, although in the demo [and of course full game as well] you are able to change the shape of the roof either making it skinnier and more narrow, or wider by simply dragging on the roof left to right. If you drag on the roof up to down, you'll be able to the also change the height that way~! I hope this helps (:

I agree, lots of people already doing speed builds. It’s an amazing build here and I would have liked to just watch it at a normal speed (without changing video speed) it’s relaxing and should be enjoyed at normal speed. People will still love it and watch! Keep up the good work!
