I don't know what you've got in your pocket! Maybe you've got a knife. For my safety, keep your hands out of your pocket, ma'am! Funny how they are always the ones who feel unsafe around citizens. :(
There isn’t a law that says you must take your hands out of your pockets. I’d refuse to take my hands out of my pockets and tell her “I’m not comfortable with my hands out of my pockets” and wink!
LADY !!! a lady do not try to violate people Constitutional rights,a lady don't lie , and a lady don't keep her hands in her pocket while talking to a MAN, a lady don't looked like a man, a lady would not be part of the pig patrol and a lady don't act like a B/tch.
@ortizguard2816 I have no way of knowing for sure, of course, but I suspect that she knows THAT part of the law, but, the Supreme Court has ruled that they are allowed to lie to us all day long, but, if we lie to them, oh, we can't HAVE that. That, IMO, is a complete and utter disgraceful situation.
I would like to know how did she become a police officer?who’s idea was to hire this kind of people to protect people lives?I wouldn’t have hired her under no circumstance. She doesn’t have the profile and neither the capability to be a police.
If they did, idiots like the one filming this would wander in and whine that they can film anywhere anytime because they grew up spoiled and coddled brats!
Lol, the old Nazi Germany card. Where do you think Nazi Germany ideas originated? I agree. This is silly. Yet, with their guns and more protections than a Fortune 500 company. These coward cops always seem to be afraid of a man, woman, or child with a camera. Make it make sense.
"You see, when we do it it's plain view doctrine which is derived from your freedom with press rights which is why it's okay. But when you do it it makes us feel squishy and icky inside so we want to violate your Fourth Amendment rights because you're exercising your first amendment rights that our... Plainview doctrine... Is based on..." ~law enforcement officer 3 seconds prior to their brain exploding.
That cop said, "By law, you are supposed to have ID on you." That makes her a LIAR. Those are public vehicles, not just her and her officers' vehicles.
THAT is a lieutenant??? She just took a bunch of written tests for promotions so she could stay in the office with AC all day. She's nothing impressive. 😅
The You Tuber is pitiful. "I can't get the pictures I need..." You don't "need" anything Sean. You have no reason to be there. Not a journalist, not an auditor, not respectful. You do have nefarious purpose. If you have nothing to hide you would have no problem providing your ID. Just pathetic.
I would appreciate if she didn’t show her stupidity.who in the world would this this kind of woman would be a police?she doesn’t have the profile to be an officer. She doesn’t have any idea about what she is responding.
They run plates on law abiding citizens every day and they get way too close for comfort. They give unlawful orders and harm or kill innocent people daily and somehow... they're worried about us.
Doesn't matter what you want LT. we have the right to record OUR employees during the commission of their duties! PERIOD! She is trying her best to find a reason to escalate this situation!
She needs to quit to her job right away or being fired for not having the profile and composure to be an officer.Shame on the police department, she is letting down to the good officers.
@@Crusade1958you should learn the law… you do NOT have to carry ID. You must have a drivers license in order to operate a motor vehicle, that’s it. if you think your right find the law. Any other response not containing a statute or court case means you’re a bot or a troll.
@Youngberg1000 how is she so "Ignorant"? What's ignorant is attitudes that don't recognize that cops get murdered weekly in the US. Just because you don't know about it doesn't mean bad stuff doesn't happen. Secondly, what thevofficer is referring to is the computer. Which has sensitive info on it. Since the computer sits in a fishbowl it kinda makes it hard to hide it. But hey....who cares if your information gets photographed and bad shit happens afterward. That's your problem.
Not really. It's when someone is just standing there video taping near their equipment and vehicles that they, rightfully, get suspicious. Wouldn't you?
@@evilempire_666 But if you stepped out the front door of your house and saw a dude standing there with a video camera pointed at your garage door, just standing there, taping. You would...question him. You know you would. Wouldn't you?
Can give them probable cause for their actions against people when they have none or any real legitimate violation. Just a way to assert dominance to a situation, and, they can also use that excuse to play the victim in front of a judge or jury, and do so every damn day !
their really uncomfortable that a tax payer is looking at the cop cars that his taxes pay for Yes, they are OUR vehicles. WE paid for them. She is wrong!! About everything!
I'm sorry but this is such a stupid argument... You can't walk up to a National Guard post and say, "Let me see the tanks!", or "Let me inspect those M16s!". Get real my dude. The cop was wrong and stupid in this case but your statement is just dumb and wrong.
@@frankpennachio2901 Speaking of dumb, are you Sparkles? That’s rich! First off, anything the National Guard has that’s behind a restricted fence or area you’d be correct. The only problem here is that the police cars are on public property and as long as you take photos of the the outside and through the windows is perfectly lawful. 🤓
@@frankpennachio2901🤣 I’m trying to figure out if you’re embarrassing and humiliating yourself or if you’re being embarrassed and humiliated? Lets just call it a toss up at this time, okay?
@@frankpennachio2901You should probably just take the Loss, delete your blather and move on. You’re only going to keep getting ridiculed the more others read this thread.
@@asmodeus1274 I didn't say he couldn't take pictures... But it isn't like you can freely inspect said vehicle even if it was on a public street. Go ahead and try to open the car to see if it opens or is locked while it is on a public sidewalk. They are "our" vehicles right? You guys can call this an "L" take, but it isn't wrong in this case. You can photograph, but you can't just inspect it like it is yours. Again, read my original comment. The cop was being dumb here, but the broader point you were trying to make doesn't exactly fly.
I had a Florida wildlife pig lie to my wife about needing a fishing license to pick up shells off a beach. He wanted her ID. I told she will not be providing an ID and that every lie pigs tell just makes the hate grow and their job that much more dangerous. He did not get her ID nor her info nor mine and I was open carrying with a fishing pole in my hand. Never asked for my license either. Just did the walk of shame. I then called the local post and talked to his Lt and said the same to him. He said he would open an investigation. Not holding my breath. I gave him a throw away email . Nothing yet and it has been 3 months....
The idiocy of Standing in front of an Auditor with her hands in her pockets and Saying that she thinks the auditor is suspicious??? This behaviour needs to STOP and get trained officers that actually have minimum of two years of Law school and a degree plus a complete understanding of the Constitution!! Or they must remove the uniform and resign
Some cops are so good at playing victim, it's wild. "there's been a lot of police vehicles being vandalized so we just want your ID to make sure you're not up to no good". They even convinced themselves that they are in the right. Citizens need to educate themselves on their rights to not have them taken away by tyrants such as these
Next time prove your point, go over to the vehicle, lean, or sit on the hood, and take a picture of yourself, and say this is what the tax payers are paying for.
@@russell-gt1dywow how did you guess I never left my house wow you know soo much is it because she wasn't yelling doesn't make her a tyrant? How about the unessary directives she clearly doesn't know the law

Thank you, Sean, for the educational information that you have given us for free ❤❤❤. She is literally calling you a thie and has no shame about it 😢😢😢
Ninjas get a little job and all of a sudden they think the world revolves around theo. Always doing to much, until master put them back in their place 😂
Lieutenant those are OUR vehicles. And the supreme Court already ruled we can film our government employees along with vehicles if they are in the PUBLIC.
Sean, she keeps saying "...our vehicles..." but she's not including you or the tax-paying citizens who pay for them and provide them to her and her workmates to utilize. You /"We the People" have every right to look them over to see if they're being properly used or misused, and to ensure that they are being properly maintained. ✅
Only Sean can tell if he is interfering, being suspicious, violating laws. The police are over their head when confronting such a constitutional expert, learned all he knows from the prison library!
What "law" requires that I have ID on me? This is not 1940's Germany, not the USSR, not a complete police state (yet!) and I am not required to have ID on my person.....
