Yes because they have them geared so high that they don't have good acceleration but they have good top end. But to your point it doesn't make them Faster it makes then quicker till they max out.
i would think so however i lift my leg. like if i was foot kickin and similar effect i was high asf when i noticed, but my friend did the same while people looked at him possibly laughing...
