Cops bust windows after driver taunts them during high-speed pursuit! 

Pretty stereotypical for someone from Arkansas being ignorant to the world. They cops in la have different rules of engagement. They can only chase a certain way and engage a certain way. Otherwise the city gets sued and bad pr. Learn that different places do it differently. What you’re doing is akin to getting mad at the checkout lady about the cost increase of goods.

And in a few there states, like Minnesota. The city cop can enforce the laws of anywhere with in the state, so they all join and often stay with the chase. Even if it starts with they city but hand it off to county or state units... One chase from LOP they had a chase that started in a sub of St, Paul, went into St.Paul crossed into Minneapolis and in a new county... At the end of the chase they had 8 departments that joined in..... Then again Minn has 2 "L-Tac" so any officer in the state can do car to car transitions for things like chases or man hunts...
