how do you not know the back hatch on your car is open? i mean one look in the rearview mirror and you know and that one guy on the disturbance call i would have made him pull his dam pants up! then explained to him what wearing them like that really meant i can't stand people that gotta have their pants that low showing their friggin underwear it doesn't look "cool" it drives me crazy
in my state keys in the ignition, in the driver seat while intoxicated and actively drinking is an automatic DWI and open container violation you are still on what is considered a public way even though it is a private business parking lot it is maintained for use of the public so it is considered a public way
I think that's pretty awesome how they handled the last one at the motel instead of trying to come up with an excuse to take the man to jail for DUI they found a solution in solve the problem he's happy he and he can sober up can bacon keep doing the wonderful job of patrolling that they are doing
Excuse me, but that’s a DUI who knows he was driving intoxicated and then part if someone is intoxicated with the key and ignition that’s a DUI or if someone is sleeping in their car with key and ignition they’re automatically impaired… they’re letting his drunk guy drinking his vehicle with key in the ignition who knows he’s not drive away
