Over here in the UK at the weekends and during holidays etc the police deploy into the town/city centres in large Mercedes Sprinter personnel carriers to patrol the streets (unfortunately many Brits' like nothing more than a night in the pub followed by a good old punch-up) Im a paramedic, and one of the funniest things I've witnessed happened about ten years ago when I was deployed to a bar to treat the victim of an assault. As I walked the victim back to the ambulance I saw several Bobbies wrestling with the suspect before unceremoniously throwing him into the back of the van and slamming the doors. As they drove off one of them must have activated the vehicle's PA system and played this track through a cellphone or MP3 player, blasting it through the speakers. Almost everyone out on the street roared with laughter and cheered before breaking out into song, singing the opening theme lyrics as the van drove off. That's traditional British community policing right there lol
The Crown Vic is responding to the code 3 at 132 and Bush, after the officer comments there is no sign of it yet, the song suddenly drops. It’s a beautiful sample. Inner Circle: I'm coming!

Watching syndicated COPS reruns at 12:30AM vibes for me here, this theme play differently in the dead of night. Thank you for uploading this my friend!
Wow... memories! I remember summer nights staying up late watching this with my dad and brothers. My mom would get so mad but my dad would act like it was teaching us about crime or something🤣
