Quite the opposite. In some respects they seemed to know how to de-escalate. And they had the tactics where it counted. Yea... It has been a very long time, some still try not to get used to it though! Other's will carry their trash 5 door's down to an open clearing for the cat's, Raccoons, & rat's to tear through... (On a Saturday or monday & pick up is Friday). Or see a pile... Load up their car & furniture to add to it... Trash blowing in the wind I remember having to stop friends from on the sly tossing trash outta the window while I was driving, like just put it in a bag... We will see a trash can eventually. lol The youngins always need clean examples in order to follow their good example. Props to the African American Officer in the beginning... "He took the time to Listen Fully, in the midst of all that" His patience & Presence was on point. With the current state of the neighborhood's, I can say they do have street cleaner's. Actual ppl., along with the trucks.... Which I thought was isolated more so to Center City. They range seems to be getting wider though, again: due to the current state of the neighborhood's today. Yet, it's been customary for the burbs for decades! Step by step. peace & love... Not war, They Family Yo...!... lol.

Hmm I wonder if that case was thrown out because if the guy did try to Break in and pose a threat then that guy could argue self defense. I’m surprised they didn’t arrest the guy for breaking in. He should been arrested two it seems.
