After my state made stops by such cars illegal (since changed back) a local cop still spent his days in an unmarked and arrested number of people for refusing to stop. Of course they paid the price and the swine walked retiring with honors.

It's a drug taskforce. When you see more the one officer doing the stop it's then doing a pretextual stop. That is when you must use all your rights. They don't care about the traffic stop. They are going to try and search your car for drugs and guns. If they are pulling that car over to search for drugs. They must not be getting any hits and harassing the public.

the Judge in the Breanna Taylor case just dismissed the felony charges against officers for falsifying an affadavit for a search warrant because their intentional and known lies that directly caused police to go to her house and do a no-knock raid somehow don't get blamed as the cause of her death, but the judge says that if a homeowner uses force to defend themselves from an armed home-invasion by unknown assailants, then the cops are somehow not responsible for the invasion and triggering of self-defense and it's the homeowner's fault for defending themselves... so if a group of thugs pop out of a car and there is no way you could know if they were police or not, if you try to defend yourself and lose and it turns out that they were cops, then the cops are 100% innocent. cops are sovereign citizens because the courts are sovereign citizens and pass that onto them any chance they get. we need to rise up.

The prosecutor seen the body cams and knows they falsified the report. It is the job of the prosecutor to maintain the Brady list. Their office needs to be flooded with calls, faxes, emails and requests on social media for them to do their job.

The DA told me he could keep me locked up for two years before he even started trial proceedings and he promised to stretch that out as well. All I had to do was cop to his shitty please deal and I’d be out ASAP. Later I found out that him coming to talk to me was illegal as hell. But they don’t care. Also even if I had a copy who else could I have given it to?
Little ironic that this family got this treatment when we saw what happened to a DA who fled. A 17 yr old child is dragged physically out of a car and abused. A man is attacked physically requiring medical attention all because they didn’t stop for an unmarked car and men in plain clothes. I’ve had an attempted car hijack, it was terrifying. I grew up in Sacramento,and they used to do it all the time. I'm a blond haired white kid in 1988, and I got pulled over by a couple of stoner Vietnam vet looking cops in a Montecarlo SS, for blasting a yellow light at 60-70mph in my little slammed 1971 Celica. His ticket book was woooorn looking. He been around for a while. They pulled me out of the car, searched me, searched my car, and bitched me out. And after all that, seeing my books, and figuring out I'm a 19 year old student,name not a gang banger in a low rider, they had to call a marked patrol unit to the scene to get the code to write the ticket. I was heading home after a day of criminal justice classes, nd I still let them do it, because I didn't know any better at that moment. It was bullshit, and it had the same energy as this video. Sac Co Sheriff's are a gang of thugs with cool toys.

It's all part of their game to Trump up as many charges as possible. They just go psycho & play a training drill LIVE on us. Had it done to my wife in the early 2000's. A cop had been called in a park where we lived over underage loud kids drinking. After the police let the kids leave the park, my wife made the mistake of going outside & asking if all was OK now? Then the LEO went all commando & threatened my wife with arrest. She turned around and did not say another word & came back into the house. It's a training drill that goes live on the citizens.
It's for any court proceedings after the fact. If there are any witnesses around they can be subpoenaed to testify they heard the officers say over and over to stop resisting without seeing the victim was in fact not resisting. It's all to make the victim look even more guilty for a crime they did not commit.
It's because their training is to co totally give orders while using force. I went through it as an MP. You're not just supposed to best someone. The point of using force is to gain compliance to effect an arrest. But the problem with most cops is using force isn't just business that needs to be done its always a personally affront to them that leads to it. If you tried this shit in the Army as an MP you'd go to prison.
This family is a clear cut case of people that probably "backed the blue," but now "because it happened to them," this entire family will now look on them with disdain, disgust and contempt.
After the "suspect" was manhandled & charged like this, and refused to accept a plea deal, the DA's decision not to prosecute should be Exhibit A in his wrongful arrest suit. The government as a whole _must_ hold police departments accountable for their treatment of citizens. It seems clear to me, by their treatment of this complete stranger, that these officers had already decided that the driver was some sort of "scumbag drug dealer", and that prejudice informed how they decided to (mis)treat him.

The incident that occurred a few days ago in North Carolina in which four lost their lives did not make me feel sorrow. That bothers me, but they are responsible for the way law-abiding citizens view them.

They get a full day of training, how could anything go wrong? I had to train for over a week to learn how to drive a forklift back in the day, but 1 day is plenty for someone who can ruin someone's life because they are sensitive and power hungry. They wake up grumpy and take it out on a random person they decide they don't like that day.
Did I miss it or was there no alleged infraction cited to justify even putting on their siren to pull them over? 1.1 miles is not really long enough to qualify as evading -- but, jeez, any reasonable driver would have taken at least that long to figure out if this was legit law enforcement in an unmarked vehicle.

I've actually been to several of teh places it's happened including deep Tennesse, Pusser County ( Walking Tall ) and had lunch with the Sheriffs while doing local work.

When I deployed with the military as a professional who was trained to use force on people we received training and I received advice from my leadership. My squad leader said this, "The law dictates what you can get away with, but what you decide to do is another matter. You do what you need to do." I see a lot of our police officers doing a lot more than they have to do, and using excessive force. Its gratuitous, unprofessional, and disturbing. Are they really going to argue that they believed they had to do this or there could be danger from this terrified father and daughter? Seriously?
