@@Grim-Truthspeaker383 If you paid attention you would have realised that the patient said she was fine and wanted to be left alone so how about you learn how to shut the fuck up.
@@Grim-Truthspeaker383 seen you posting alot of retarded comments defending the police that came to his house with no warrant standing on his porch and unnecessarily called. Look, if a patient says she’s fine, got a message from her doctor already, WHY TF IS THE POLICE BEING CALLED TO THE HOUSE FOR NO REASON, defunding the police would definitely work in this case, because these policemen have too much time on their hands and the women clearly is twisting her company procedures and policies
No correction needed. African Americans have been marginalised, so in this specific video he can make a comment about the race of the man involved. Everybody wanna be included in everything even stuff that doesn't affect them nearly as much.
Actually no, police officers spend most of their time sitting on their hands. They just wait hours for the dispatcher to tell them where to go. Some nights there aren’t any crimes at all.
Well nobody told me not to, sir. Most people that I know don't think a door is their wife's butt, so I didn't realize it would be a problem. I could apologize for the oversight but we're too polite to intereupt your rants.
What if you're wrong all i see is Just Attitude, and trying to pull some race card from a grown man, what if he had done something wrong and then the police failed to come everyone could be claiming the police are not downing there job
She wanted to enforce her opinionated beliefs on someone whos moor educated then her. Sorry miss lady, I guess those 4 years in college have been terri le and you don't know it 😁
he did not try to guess his name, he threw any name out there as bait to see if the man would reply with the correction. This is a standard tactic and basic psychology
Veacra; he better keep filming while he's talking, i hate for the cops to quote their famous lies; i felt threaten for my life so i had to defend myself & that's why i had to shoot him 15 times in the back
All I respect this guy for, is his immensely quick thinking, and straightforward response... That "STOP GUESSING" is a very good response to people who are trying to obtain information by using blunt "Trial & Error" tactics (in this case the cops, as they are trained to apply such methods if the person is refusing to willingly provide information)... Also his demeanour was of an intelligent, cool under pressure and confident person instead of a desperate, suspicious, and threatening one, which made the officers stay in a backfoot position and not interfere much... That woman though, she is a different story altogether - She didn't shut up even when she's told her side of the story and continued to press on, as if doing that would somehow make her right. She may have no knowledge about this case and had been sent by some other agency (as a joke/mistake/deliberately), but she still could understand enough to realise that this has happened before too and that its them who are in the wrong position... Or she can be deliberately trying to do this as the black guy may have responded in a similar fashion to the previous visits and now they thought of this as payback and were deliberately trying to harness him and make him loose his cool & do something and they would have their reason to arrest him and haress him further...
That's why the government wants to take guns away. So you can't blast the intruders that they send at you. That's ok. Sharpen a few metal rods. By one of those jack in the boxes. Shorten the time it needs to spin the handle to open to match with the swing of the door. (It should open when the door is roughly a little less than halfway open.) Put about 30 sharp metal instruments inside after removing the "jack" and rig it to the door any way you like. This is a very cheap but very deadly booby trap for intruders. Get rid of the body afterward because booby trapping your house is illegal and even though you know you ARE RIGHT, you will be charged with murder. Know why, The Government does not want you to protect yourself. They want you to use the cops that they created so they can remain in everyone's business. The government thinks that nobody should have to die. They are wrong. Stupid people that can't mind their own business do not deserve to live.
What if you're wrong all i see is Just Attitude, and trying to pull some race card from a grown man, what if he had done something wrong and then the police failed to come everyone could be claiming the police are not downing there job
@@beanbagboys4202 Yeah man I agree but then there should be a call to the police from the peron or the lady or anyone in the house stating an emergency... But in this scenario the call is from some agency (and by the looks of it its an mental treatment agency... & BTW I'm just imagining this) which is doing this... Now I understand that the agency might have a valid reason to do periodic checks and since a patient of probably volatile nature may be involved send some formal backup... But this man confidently says that this isn't the first time it has happened and also states that the lady is now in perfect condition and has herself asked the agency not to send cops with the agency personnel, as it greatly affects the houses rep. when u see cops there every other day... So considering the facts I would say that he is probably right in his position and this IS a possible harassment case...
Why do people assume just because a person with authority is a female they are trying to get a reaction? She did exactly what the males did. Why don’t you say the same about them? Because you’re sexist and you think of women differently than men.
@@earthwerm Jesus christ quit being a snowflake. Near the end it was only the man and the woman talking to each other. The cops stopped talking early into the video.
@shaks2038 I'm a millennial too, man. Going through high school and having to endure people whining and complaining about everything was really annoying. That's why I'm joining the military. To get away from this madness. I'd rather be with respectable people with work hard to serve this country than people my age starting drama and fussing. The IQs are lowering too. This generation in general have the lowest IQs compared to the other generations. It really shows to be honest.
This video is a great example that this doesn't happen as often as some would like to think. I appreciate police that allow people to exercise their rights without resorting to bullying. The police were not at fault here, which the guy recognized. It was the fault of the company the woman worked for, who should be charged with wasting police time.
He's not assuming. This is a form of interrogation where you accidentally say something your not suppose to then the dude has "probable suspicion" that you don't belong here, and can/will detain & arrest you illegally. It's exactly why he said " STOP GUESSIN". OP knows his rights which is why he says nothing about anything because anything can be used against use in court.
"This is a bad look for me." He's absolutely right. The neighbors don't know what's going on or why the police are there. They will just see a black man who regularly has police called to his house. That'll really ruin a man's reputation for sure. This is his home. It's not okay.
Sue for defamation. The "patient" told the Drs office to stop sending police! Send a cease and desist order! Also, find a different Dr fast! That one only seems to be interested in her showing up so they get paid!
@@NG-cf7zh well I feel like police are just pawns. I don’t really think they have bad intentions, but the people in charge of the police might not have all the information they need. I don’t really think anyone is at fault, and I’m not taking a side, but I do think that miscommunication of information is the main problem in situations like this.
See that type ofattitude right there is what leads to people being thrown on the ground and cuffed and hauled to jail. Theyre just there to check on a persons welfare and this dude has to be a tough guy smartass. Yeah, thats really acting like a man. Dumbass
I have to be fair, the pigs were as calm as a black man can ever hope they would be. Most of them try to get in a macho man competition which leads them to overstepping their boundaries. These guys weren't premeditatedly aggressive. Maybe because of the smart phone.
Or hopefully because they had good training, but yeah let's be honest they knew they were on film. But those cops did try their best to flip it on guy. Fuck them.
Yup, they weren't protecting his rights they were there to mislead him and do whatever for the company that called them. They probably got paid for it because they are definitely violating the homeowners right.
@@AbiyeKetema They weren't getting paid to show up by some company. They were told a one sided story about the "history" of this patient that made them think it was a bad situation they were showing up to. They didn't get all the facts.
@@DarkestDeeds how do you know? From the way they acted, they definitely trying to manipulate the owner without understanding the full story. It shows they got some interest in it or they are just dumb asses.
She probably needed the police because he was resisting from letting her get to the patient, it could have been urgent. We don’t know a lot about this situation.
"No Warrant?" "No exigent circumstances?" "Then please return with a warrant and I'll let you in." "Until then, goodbye." Close door. Go on about your day.
@@waldoman7 cause they keep coming to his house there the words of someone who was explicitly told not come by with cops when she doesn't answer. They weren't gunna do anything but let the woman harass someone who didn't want to be harassed
They were trying to make him slip and say the truth same w his name notice how quiet the cop got when he said he was wrong but didnt correct him? Thats a tactic they use
TagAlong I don’t like her but I don’t think she took it personally. I think she was trying to explain the situation and her obligations of her job. If she’s obligated to do a welfare check then she’ll do it. If it’s procedure to have police attend when there is bad history (domestic violence, drugs or whatever...) then she’ll follow procedure. Can’t blame her. You can only blame the system which she must abide by. #ChangeMyMind
Y. Tho that’s not the system she has to abide by. She personally wanted to enter his hose for some random reason. That’s what happens when you give arrogant people power
A lady got killed in a "wellness check" up here in Canada last year. It's just a way to circumvent your rights. There's a reason why you need probable cause, and it's because humans hate when scumbags invade their privacy.
Dude, stop assuming it's all about skin color. It isn't. Don't put words in other people's mouths for attention, playing the, "I going to call her racist because people will assume it and I will get likes." I hate the lady, but I also hate people who label everyone as racists and assume that everything has to do with skin color.
Samantha Newkirk just because someone is a female in a position of authority doesn’t mean they are trying to be smart when they speak. Why do people automatically interpret female voices that way? She was perfectly respectful.
@Brian Crocco When all three cops were there for the same reason and speaking in the same way, pointing out that the lady is trying to be smart shows underlying sexism. It is the subconscious idea that a man speaking in an authoritative or argumentative tone is just doing his job, but a woman doing the same thing is "trying to be smart" or complaining or bitching.
@@StatusQuo001 facts finally reached your brain.. we are both adults..we know how my blacks brothas escalate anything for no reason..glad you came yo your senses

I think they just wanted to see if he comes back with a weapon or something. He didnt close his door... disrespectful would be to step in the house or force open the door
If you listen closely, they do answer that - whether it's true or not, the clinic had her down as having reported abuse. Even living in a nice European country where the police are so polite that they're actually called the politie, they will just show up at your doorstep because somebody called them and said they were worried about somebody in the household's safety. I know this from personal experience.
Well that lady said it had something to do with the history of the house maybe this dude was abusive or something , well let's hope not it was probably just a stab in the dark by that lady
THAT was the point where they broke the law. Up until then, as much as it pains me to say so, he was actually wrong, they might've been annoying him, but they were following the law. That the law unfairly targets persons of color is the law being wrong, but not those who enforce it. I'm not a fan of police by any stretch of the imagination, but for the most part, the cops handled it better than the fascist cops who openly murder black people.
@@altruisticPing yeah, all the other guys seem more confused than angry. They have their hands down and are just standing there, their body language says they don't know themselves what to do. But that woman keeps pushing and even ended it on a threat! What a bitch.
