My Own point the view of the Okkotsu technique is that him can copy certain CT's without eating parts of the user, but it depends of the complex of the technique and level of the technique as we see that Yuta copy the cursed speech (and I heavily doubt that Yuta eat anything from Inumaki such as a hair) but he need to do the new requirement of the copy for other Techniques way more complex. and also we see how Yuta get the tattoos of the cursed speech in the future, which can mean that some of the Curse Techniques that Rika storage Evolve by the time. PD: I try to say only minor spoilers so yeah
So i think the new 251 chapter confirmed that Rika have to eat a part of the opponent body, but Yuta is able to use cursed speech is because in JJK Zero Rika is still a Vengeful cursed spirit not a Shikigami like she is now, which probably mean she does not have any nerfs or restriction on copy ( just my opinion )

Sukuna has cleave/dismantle and his fire technique. The black box might also be a technique but with sukunas Current manga form, if we see more then he might not be bound to normal limits for sorcerers because his body is designed specifically for jujutsu sorcery.

it doesn't change, its still 18k. Sukuna max fingers is the highest CE u can get in this mod, only other way to boost it is by six eyes because that reduces cursed energy consumption by 50% so in total as Gojokuna u get 36k.
if u want even more cursed energy, you can use the command /effect give @p jujutsu craft:six_eyes 9999 (then the number u want the six eyes level to be, I recommend 4 because then in total ur six eyes level is 5 which is the same as gojo npc)@@FrancescoTeliakFerrari
