I find this hard to believe as Coquina Key was flooded. Not sure where this video was taken, but I lived on Coquina Key Dr. SE for almost 20 years and this is not Coquina Key Drive SE. Oh...and our place was flooded and the neighborhood looks like a bomb went off, including a car that caught fire in all the mud and muck.
