Had to come back and rewatch this one. Just saw Corb Lund in Rapid City on Friday. I knew I had seen his name somewhere and here it is. He put on a hell of a show with Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band.
As a musician myself, this was so awesome to watch. I get so excited to see people learning to play an instrument or learning a new song. A blessing! Thank you for sharing :)
Nice lesson on the quitar. Wanta hear that song Dale. Oh yeah, Pedro. There you go sir. Hope you had lots of fun. We missed the team roping this year at the WSTR.
Look at him wherein that 4-H shirt supporting what I love to do and Dale I'm glad you could have Corb Lund on your video he's not only a hurtin Albertin but he's a really good guy. And to answer your question Dale my favorite Corb song is either S Last H Horse soldier veterinarian blues or I wanna be in the Calvary
Dale, you are becoming cooler all the time. Look at you hanging out with Corb Lund. Do the thing with the Turnpike Troubadours and you won't regret it. These red dirt bands and western artists don't get anywhere near the respect or airtime they deserve. Have enough fun in Vegas for all of us.
@@J_Miller I also enjoy Tyler Childers, Red Shahan, Ned Ledoux, Radney Foster, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Brandon Rhyder, Eleven Hundred Springs, James Mcmurtry, Cooder Graw, Trinity Seeley, Statesboro Review, Stoney Larue, Pat Green, Jason Eady, Bart Crow, Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Sam Riggs and the Night People, Sturgill Simpson, Eli Young Band, Steve Helms, John Wolfe, Sonny Burgess, Cris Stapleton, the Old 97's, William Clarke Green, Jack Ingram, Ryan Bingham, Pat Green, Mike Ryan, Casey Donahue Band, Midland, Bleu Edmonson, the Josh Abbott Band, and Cody Jinks. I know I spelled some of their names wrong and there are many more not coming to mind. I have a ton of respect for those artists that go out of their way to keep me from listening to the crap that Nashville is producing.
@@johnmorris7960 nice! I know some of those, I don't know more. I'll be looking into em though. U know anything about Reed Southall, Riley Green, or Parker McCollum? You seem to know Texas music pretty well, would u have any idea what happened to JB and the moonshine band, I've liked them for a long time, but it appears they have fallen off the planet
@@J_Miller I live 500 miles from Reddirt music so I listen online to 95.9 the Ranch. I am almost sure I have heard Parker McCollum on there. I may have hear the other two on there and just don't know it. As for JB and the Moonshine band, I know I heard an advertisement on there for an upcoming venue where they were gonna play. If you have any stations that play the music, please list them and maybe I can listen online. Thank you
@@johnmorris7960 I don't know any stations I'm in South East TN so all I get is Mainstream country. So use apps to get my red dirt fix Pandora Spotify etc
