I've been running the Crawl kit on my JT for almost 5 years. Though I did have issues with the bushings at first. Spence made sure that all was corrected and well. Ever since then, I haven't had any issues with my kit. Running a 6" lift with johnny joints on both ends and I LOVE IT. The most important thing to note, is that they do back up their product!

I bought some for my 04 Grand Cherokee and would recommend this product to anyone they forgot to send me the spacers I emailed them and they shipped out the did forget the grease fittings but I guess I’ll chalk it as a loss other than that I’ll definitely be buying more solid parts 10 out of 10 stars if I were to rate it

I have a Tier 1 set for my Tj (all 4) to go in. What is the efficient way of installing the arms? Adjustment at the axle end or the frame end? I'm thinking frame so as to minimize terrain contact of the lock nut.

I have a 1998 Jeep wrangler tj SE so I have the 2.5 liter. It going to be on the road most of the time with the occasional riding on trails and overlanding. I'm torn between the tier 1 or tier 2 for the extra durability for highway and trail/overlanding.

Can the rubber bushing in the camp series be upgraded later to have a johnny joint, like the crawl series?
@core4x4fab
@core4x4fab Месяц назад
It depends on the product in question. If the polyurethane bushing is one of the adjustable joint ends, then yes, it can easily be replaced with a Johnny Joint in the future. If it happens to be one of our welded Bushings then unfortunately it can not as the cups that hold the joints are manufactured differently. Hope that helps, feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!

Hi! i got the lowers front for my WJ. What type of grease do you recommend, synthetic or conventional?
@core4x4fab
@core4x4fab Месяц назад
For our arms, we recommend using any moly-based grease. But we highly recommend Rock Jock's Johnny Joint grease, it works great for both the Johnny Joints and the bushings. Thanks for reaching out, we hope that helps! Here's a link if you'd like to purchase some from our website - core4x4.com/product/ce-9013g-johnny-joint-rod-ends/

@@core4x4fab Nope still can't get it to take any grease. My concern is that this will affect the longevity of the joints and I'm going to have to rebuild these sooner than I would with other brands. I have the entire set front back uppers and lowers and all of them won't take grease.

i would try replacing the zerk fitting, you can get new ones at any autoparts store or tractor supply, sometimes you get a bad one but also check your grease gun for a bad tip.

Did cruise, crawl, and camp replace tier 1,2,3,and 4 or do you have all of these?
@core4x4fab
@core4x4fab Год назад
Yes they replaced it. They're the same products we just tried to simplify the names so it would be a little easier for people to remember & understand the levels of the producs we provide. I believe we still have some Tier 2 listed on some of the other websties we started selling on, like Ebay & Amazon.
@jdawg2474
@jdawg2474 Год назад
@core4x4fab Ok. Thanks for the explanation. I was seeing tier 2 on extreme terrain and wasn't sure if they were different or not. Are the rubber ones on both ends maintenance free?
@core4x4fab
@core4x4fab Год назад
@@jdawg2474 So we do not sell the rubber bushings in our products anymore. We sell our products with polyureruthane bushings or with the Johnny Joints & they are all seviceable, so they are a great option. :)
