I essentially have the exact same setup as you, i instead have a z270 motherboard, but my cpu is always on 100% when gaming, my gpu is at 10% max and i have extremely low fps ranging from 30-50 in The Finals for example, any ideas or help?
I had this problem on my gaming laptop. After sending it to waranty nothing changed. So I put a extra 8 gigs of ram and wollah! It might need more memory.
