I agree, i mean we can assume we deffo know the volume of orange juice needed to de-colourise the indicator (DCPIP) in the conical flask. how did he conclude how much Mg of vitamin C he needed to de-colourise it.
You do the exact same experiment but using 1% Vitamin C solution instead of the fruit juice. then find out how much volume was required to just decolorise DCPIP. Assume that 1cm3 of 1% Vitamin C solution contains 10mg of Vitamin C.
Dude this is pure cavemen tier. You didn't even determine HOW MUCH vit. c there is in 100ml of the particular juice. You need to adjust the DCPIP titer
