all you haters, knock it off. i am a manic depressive with suicidal tendencies and i want to thank corey feldman. whenever i feel like killing myself i watch this video and instantly feel better knowing that when he watches that video he couldn't possibly want to live another second and yet somehow he carries on. i draw strength from that.

I'm here in 2021, looking to feel better about things so I've been watching Corey's performances. I'm impressed he's able to control his voice so well while dancing like Michael Jackson had an aneurism that he doesn't even need to move his lips or use the microphone. Amazing.

It’s 2:33am on Christmas and I really don’t know why I’m watching this or how I got here, but all the comments are like Christmas presents to me. 🤣

A few things: 1. Corey was a very good character actor when he was a kid. Had the "Team Corey" thing not happened and he just kept on as a working actor instead of chasing fame, he may never have been a household name but at least he would have a career and few would consider him a joke. He was NEVER going to be "heartthrob" material no matter what he claims now. That's why his run on top was literally 'blink and you'll miss it'. 2. Whenever he goes full Michael Jackson, that the first tell tale sign that he's back on drugs.

The song is essentially "you belong to the city" by Glenn Frey. It's just spend up and technically different. But not by much.

Have you guys ever heard the legend associated with this performance? At 1:51 there’s a brief pause in the song and we see a 2 second clip of a woman tied to a pool table. At the time of the filming, one of the producers of the show was responsible for a string of rapes and murders in the LA area and he was alleged to have filmed most of his acts as some sick memento. The story is that the clip of that woman was taken from one of his snuff films, a way to show off his work. He was caught two years later but committed suicide before he could face trial. Of course Hollywood did everything they could to sweep this under the rug knowing it would shine badly on the industry, that’s why little to no info can be found online. The woman in the video is believed to be 22-year-old Amanda Jane Rowley from Jacksonville Beach, Florida who went missing in 1987, 2 years prior to this performance. She was alleged to have run away from home and traveled to California where she ran into the producer who’s name is only known is Dan.
