I love all the celeb history in the Hollywood Hills. I used to live a mile or so from his house, but it was back in the 1980s. And Shady sure is growing, but just as cute as ever!

Hey Scott, Great video, The address was rented by A&E network in 2007 for Corey while recording the rest of the two Corey’s show on A&E network, Corey didn’t own the property and not long after the show finished he had to move into Oakwood where Judy his mom also was staying while recovering from cancer, great video mate 👍

I grew up watching Corey Haim and my older brother did too. We both just naturally copied so many of his mannerisms and when I watch his movies now I miss him and I always think of my brother. Thank you Man.

License to Drive was one of my favorite movies as a kid

I am a big Corey Haim fan. Even the super short lived sitcom Roomies with Burt Young was cool to me. First Born is another great movie with Haim in it and the older brother was in Sleep Away camp. Did not end for him well in that movie.

I used to watch the two Corey's and Corey was struggling at that time. It was sad to watch at times. A lot of the child actors had no life or lived a life that was to horrid for some to deal with. They had their childhood taken away from them and Corey was one that really had a hard time trying to deal with that. I miss seeing his face. He had so much more he could have done.

I was his neighbor when he lived at 4855 Lindley Ave in Tarzana. I would walk my dog in the evening, and see him through his window practicing away on a synthesizer. It was sad to see him go the way he did.

The home that he lived in the Hollywood Hills was really nice and the surroundings and scenery from his place is fantastic. I loved it. Felt really sad seeing you looking sad to leave LA but as you said you will be back. Maybe I can think of a few places I would like to see and let you know for your next trip. Your Welcome Home from little Shady and his friends was so exciting. Shady really loves you and missed you and he was so happy with his ball. I am a huge Corey Haim fan and Lost Boys License to Drive and Blown Away came out during a time I was dealing with some terrible things due to my handicap (briddle bone disease) I was around 13-15 and I couldn't do anything as my handicap kept me inside or in hospitals but it was movies especially his that truly helped me through some hard times and my life has been up and down and the last few years have been hard again and things aren't getting better as I'm older but movies and TV but really movies from my childhood have been a blessing but License To Drive along with Watchers Lost Boys are movies I really need to help me again plus they are great movies even the Fast Getaway movies.

True confession: All throughout the 1980's as a youth, I liked Corey Haim as an actor, but never paid much attention (I was going through my own personal struggles). Even when I learned he passed away, I don't think I really paid that much attention. All I'd ever seen him in was License to Drive, and that was it. To this day (don't hate me) I've never seen Lost Boys or Lucas, so I missed out. Fast-forward to just two weeks ago, I was thinking about the Cadillac used on License to Drive (I love Cadillacs), so I RU-vidd "License to Drive," and along with that, RU-vid suggested other videos of Haim, and I am now in love with him and feel like a loser for not having seen Lost Boys or Lucas (Lucas was my life, except for the happy Hollywood-manufactured ending). Watching clips of Lucas and License to Drive, I'm blown away at what a prolific actor Haim was. I'm so happy to have found your channel! It feels like it's helping me connect with Corey, even 11 years after his death. I love the fact that you take us to places he lived and frequented. I'm an existentialist, so if I were there in person I would be standing there having a big fat catharsis. Through these videos, it feels like I'm finally catching up on the life of an extraordinary person. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 [EDIT] About the Andersons' house in License to Drive: that was a house I wished I could have grown up in, and Corey's "Les" character looked and represented every American boy I wanted to be like. Parents made a comfortable living, they had a beautiful house and nice cars, probably got to take nice vacations. Yeah, my life was not like that. Our parents owned their home, and participated in the middle class, but our home was so much smaller than the Andersons. I so miss the 80's.

I got the impression from the show that the producers were renting it for him like it was a part of the perk up doing the show but I could be wrong I would have to go back and watch that again I felt like it got brought up at some point. The day I saw the news of Corey's passing my heart just dropped because my Dad passed the same Year (2010) I was very Saddened by all of this...He deserved Sooo much.... His whole Childhood was taken Away...

My bedroom walls were plastered with his posters & I saw every movie he was in. He was such an amazing talent & seemed like such a kind, loving, generous, down to earth guy. I was heartbroken when I heard of his passing & I'm still heartbroken to this day. I truly appreciate the respectful way you made this video & the one where you went to his grave.
